At The Fastener Depot, we pride ourselves on getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Every order is hand-packed and shipped fast from our Hookstown, PA warehouse. Most orders ship the same day when placed before 2 PM ET. 

We offer several delivery options, including standard, expedited, and 2-day air shipping across all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping eligibility is based on your order subtotal before tax and shipping and is automatically applied at checkout. A “qualifying” order includes:

  • Orders over $50 eligible for free standard shipping

  • Orders over $100 eligible for free 2-day air shipping

Free shipping is available to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, on qualifying orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the most efficient option based on your location, order size, and delivery timeline. Standard, 2-day air, and next-day shipping options are available at checkout for customers who need their order sooner.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

We offer multiple shipping methods to fit your project timeline:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery option. 1–3 business days (where available)

  • 2-Day Air Shipping: Delivers in two business days to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free on orders over $100.

  • Next Day Air Shipping: Available for urgent orders. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We hope to expand international shipping options in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team right away. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive your products.

How soon can I get my order?

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Where are you located?

We’re based in Hookstown, Pennsylvania, where every order is packed and shipped by hand.

Is there a way to find out how long a part will take to ship?

Yes! Each product page shows whether an item is in stock. In-stock items ship same or next business day. Once shipped, your tracking email will include an estimated delivery date based on your location.

Can I pick up my order in person?

No. At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure fast, accurate processing.

Will I get tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.
